This multi-night scan is performed to monitor the stability of the measurements on a multi-day period. 
Run with the current box plugged in, cancelling the dark current as best we could with by hand tuning. 
Measurement expected to last ~50 hours, running over a weekend. 
Loops through wavelengths 350, to 1049 nm in 1nm steps, repeating every ~2.75 hours.
