The goal of this measurement is to establish the noise measured from only a resistor terminating the Keysight. The 243 Ohm resistor should have a similar resistance as the solar cell shunt resistor. Thus, the laser is off.
This is an overnight measurement. The input of the Keysight is terminated. No current offset box is used.
